About Us

To be honest, we're not sure.  We are Karl and Nancy, residents of middle Tennessee.  Transplants, carpetbaggers, invaders...but we've made this area our home since early 2014...and we love it here!  The people, the weather (excepting tornadoes), the quality of life.  Ok, it's a bit on the Flatlander side but it's still a beautiful part of the country.

This year, I hit 60.  Nancy has been there a while.  We both have been harassed weekly in the mail by AARP, telling us we qualify for that next Life Level.  Nah, we're good, thanks.  But we're not above taking advantage of "senior status" when it suits us...like for building this website.  The name came about because we were sitting around with a couple of adult beverages, which is what we do on a regular basis, and trying to decide how to add some revenue streams.  That led us to selling our crafts and other stuff online which led to a website which led to what do we call it and Voila!  Two Drunk Seniors was born.  GoDaddy said it was an available domain so one impulse buy later and we were official.  Minutes later we realized we had TDS as a bonus.

We intend to have a store with homemade crafts and such.  We also intend to have drink recipes and TV show/movie/series recommendations and ratings and maybe some book and music suggestions (won't be hardly anything like new music since most good music stopped being made by the early 90s...that's right, it'll be mostly 70s and 80s).  So, come visit us every once in a while.  We are political and will not hide our beliefs...but this is not a political website.  It's meant to be a fun place, filled with our experiences and drinks and creativity and drinks and stuff we just want to share...like maybe some drinks you might enjoy.
